Ordering Options Explained

Fill your freezer – The most economical option. You pay on the dressed weight and choose your own cuts. This can be one of our easy order packages or a custom order where you will choose each cut. There will be a wait time for your bulk order. Please check news from the farm before ordering for an estimate on the wait time. What is dressed weight? It is the carcass with hide & inedible parts removed. You will bring home about 50% of the dressed weight in finished product. Bone in cuts weigh more than boneless, leaving cuts as roasts will yield more weight than grinding for more burger, things like that are what determines your percentage. Regardless you’ll always have the same amount of usable beef. We also dry age our beef 3 weeks.

Shop in person – Our on farm market is open Thursdays 4-6pm & Saturdays 8-11am. Steaks & Roasts are sold by the pound here. Specials may be available in person that are not online. We also carry other local products for in person shopping.

Market pick up – Easy as it gets. Buy online by the piece for everything including steaks & roasts. Your order will be ready for pick up Thursday 4-6pm or Saturday 8-11am, just make sure you meet the order deadline. Once you arrive come in and give us your name, or text your name and vehicle to 443-309-1775 and we will bring your order to your car.

Home Delivery – Most convenient. If you live inside the delivery area you can shop online and select the delivery option at checkout. Your order must be in by 10pm Sunday night for delivery Wednesday or Thursday depending on your address.
